Terms and conditions
Payment
All orders must be paid in advance via bank transfer or payment link.
No payment = no order confirmation,
For larger orders (from 24 cupcakes and all custom sweets), a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 72 hours before the agreed delivery or pickup date.
If the remaining balance is not paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel the order without refund of the deposit.
Deposit
The deposit is strictly non-refundable.
The deposit secures your date, allows us to purchase ingredients, and reserves time in our production schedule.
In the event of cancellation for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup date:
Only the remaining balance (if already paid) may be refunded. The deposit remains non-refundable.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the delivery/pickup date:
The full amount is non-refundable.
Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability and must be agreed upon in writing. Additional fees may apply.
Availability
We operate with a limited number of orders per week.
Orders are processed in the order in which payment is received. Once fully booked, no additional orders will be accepted.
Last minute orders are accepted strictly based on availability.
Allergies & Liability
Our products are prepared in a kitchen were gluten, nuts, dairy, soy, and eggs are present.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions unless allergies were clearly communicated in advance and confirmed in writing by us.
The customer is responsible for informing guests about potential allergens.
Decoration & Design
All products are handmade.
We do our best to recreate inspiration photos as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur.
Colors, toppings, decorations, and shapes may differ slightly due to availability and handmade nature.
Delivery
Delivery is available upon request and is not always guaranteed.
Delivery within a 20 km radius may be free depending on the order value. Outside this radius, a mileage fee of €0.23 per km may apply.
Free delivery applies to orders over €70 within the Netherlands.
We allow a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes during delivery.
If exceeded, additional charges may apply.
Pickup
Pickup time is arranged in consultation.
If pickup is missed without prior notice, the order will be considered forfeited without refund.
All products are delivered fresh. Storage instructions will be provided where necessary.
No-Show Policy
Failure to appear at the agreed pickup time or failure to receive delivery without prior communication will result in:
- Forfeiture of the order
- No right to refund
- The customer remaining liable for any outstanding balance
If the remaining balance is not paid, we reserve the right to take appropriate collection measures.
