How far in advance should I place my order?

 

Orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance.

For orders including edible prints, we require a minimum of 14 days notice.

Last-minute requests may be possible depending on availability.


Do you require a deposit?


Yes.

  • Orders of 12 cupcakes require full payment.
  • Orders of 24 cupcakes or more require a 50% deposit.
  • All sweets require a 50% deposit.

Your order is only confirmed after the required payment has been received.

 

Is the deposit refundable?

No, All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

A deposit secures your event date and production time. Once confirmed, we begin preparations and reserve your place in our schedule.

For this reason, deposits cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.


When is the remaining balance due?

 

The remaining balance must be paid 3 days prior to delivery or collection.

Orders will not be handed over without full payment.


Can I cancel or change my order?

 

Cancellations up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection date:

  • Only the remaining balance (if applicable) will be refunded. The deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the delivery date:

 

  • The full amount is non-refundable.


In some cases, orders may be rescheduled depending on availability. Additional fees may apply.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request any changes.


Do you offer delivery?

 

Delivery is available within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. However not always guaranteed.

Delivery costs depend on location and will be confirmed after your order request.

Collection is also available by appointment.


Are your cupcakes very sweet?

 

No. At Heavenly Sweets, we believe in balance.

Our cupcakes are flavorful and enjoyable without being overwhelmingly sweet.


Can I customize my order?

Yes. You can choose your preferred colors and flavors.

If you have an inspiration photo, please email it to us after placing your order, including your order number.


What happens after I place my order?

 

After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

We will review your request and send a payment request if required.

Your order is only secured once payment has been received.

Do your products follow food safety guidelines?

Heavenly Sweets works according to HACCP food safety guidelines. All products are prepared hygienically and allergen information is available for every product.

Products are prepared in a kitchen where gluten, milk, eggs, soy, nuts and peanuts are used. Traces may be present.
